Today i purposely skipped my FTP. 2.14 bucks gone just like that~ The reason was because i couldn't get myself up so early at 8am. hahaha. My plan was to go driving in the morning followed by gym at cck. Who knows my body was freaking lazy to get up. In the end i lazed around until 1030. That was the point of time where i forced myself to get up and washed before meeting Herrizal for breakfast and gym. We have a plan. To eat like a king before our workout because in between workout, you are burning a lot of calories. So imagine if i never eat breakfast... i couldn't lift a 10 kg barbell. And a meal as a post-workout precautionary measure.
So after eating at Food culture, we went ahead to the gym. And yes, like any other days, we chionged like crazy. I worked out on my traps, pectoralis major and minor, wings, quadriceps, calf and deltoids. We did a lot with the aid of the big machines for chest. After doing 30kg of bench press, we proceeded to do 6kg of inclined press. After that flat bench press of 6kg again without machines. Purely with hands. Consecutively. The pole itself weighs 2 or 3 kg excluding the weights we were to put in. So our arms were like as if it can be broken at any point of time if we were to carry on. The result? Massive cramps at the chest area. LOL. But i love it. Its been eons since i last experienced this kind of cramps. I love looking at my quadriceps while working out. The cut is marvelous. Nicely sculpt. At 2 we left the palce as i needed to deposit moolah into my account. Then off we went home.
Reached home lazed around for awhile before dozing off. lol. Woke up at 645pm and prayed. Practiced on my love story with drums. Soon, im going to make a love story cover featuring keyboard and drums. If possible, a guitar too. See how it goes lar. Currently learning a new song BAD ROMANCE. I don't like the lyrics but i like melody and rhythm of the song. So catchy. Now i could only play the intro. My other siblings are practicing on their guitar for this song. Hopefully, we could make a cover out of this song. But keyboard notes is effing difficult to play. We shall seee how lar. No promises made :)
So at night i went to bbdc around 9. lol. wanted to top up my card or i cant book any practice. On the way there at phoenix lrt station, a guy approached me asking me "excuse me sir, are you a policeman?" I wanted to laugh my ass out! How can a small boy be a policemen? Look at my face, still young. haha!!! But i controlled my giggleness. He wanted to borrow moolah from me. Being a smart in the ass, i told him, im short of money too and have to withdraw. "Do you wanna follow me to the ATM?" then he replied "oh oh ok, no thank you. thank you ar". i replied with a welcome. lol. Funny sia. Really made my day man.
